Today I decided to write a few notes about the Alloggiati Web system: What is it, and how is it used?
It is a platform provided by the Police Headquarters (Questura) to facilitate the registration of guests’ identification documents.
It’s important to know that in order to access the Alloggiati Web platform, you need credentials that can only be issued by the Italian State Police, following a request sent via certified email (PEC) to: dipps146.00n0@pecps.poliziadistato.it.
The processing time is approximately 30 days, and currently, the Police do not allow documents to be submitted using alternative methods. Therefore, it is crucial to submit the request as soon as possible—ideally at the same time as the SCIA declaration—to avoid delays caused by waiting for credentials.
The request must be submitted by completing the form available on the official website of the State Police, along with the following documents:
- A copy of the authorization to operate:
SCIA or prior notification submitted to the One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities (SUAP) of the relevant municipality; - A copy of a valid ID of the person listed as the owner of the property on the form;
- A letter of authorization (delegation) if the applicant is not the same person as the property owner.
If you still have doubts or are unsure how to submit the request, feel free to contact me—no obligation.
